Warranty Terms

All Sales Are Final:
All purchases of the SuperBOX S6 MAX are final. Refunds are not available for any reason.

Device Exchange Policy:
If your device is defective upon arrival, you may request a replacement within 5 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only available for defective devices; no monetary refunds will be issued.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the defective device. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement device.

Condition for Exchange:
Devices must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components. Devices showing signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering will not be eligible for exchange.

How to Request a Replacement

Shipping Instructions:
We will provide detailed instructions for securely returning the defective device. Proper packaging is required to prevent damage in transit.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or tampering

Issues from improper setup or failure to follow the included instructions
